Return Eligibility
You may submit a return request within 60 calendar days after your package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier. Items for return must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and kept in original packaging with all tags intact. Worn, stained, damaged or non-resalable items will not be eligible for return or refund approval. We reserve the right to ask for product photos to verify condition before approving your return.
Return Submission Process
You must contact our customer service to obtain official return authorization before sending items back. Please provide your order number and reason for return in your message. Returns shipped without prior approval will be refused upon receipt and not processed for reimbursement.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm they meet return requirements, we will initiate your refund right away. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment account. Delays occasionally caused by bank or payment provider processing schedules are out of our control.
Refund Currency Rule
All approved refunds will be issued in United States Dollars (USD), matching the currency you used at checkout. Any exchange rate losses, bank fees or transfer charges incurred during the refund transaction are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded since all orders qualify for free global shipping. We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper use, poor storage or customer negligence after delivery. Clearance, discounted and final-sale items may have extra return restrictions as noted on product pages.
