Shipping Policy

Once your payment is confirmed, we will pack and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. After dispatch, we will send an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package movement.

After shipment, delivery normally takes 6 to 12 days in total. Delivery delays may occasionally happen due to logistics sorting, customs checks, bad weather or carrier backlogs, which are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for every package.

All orders automatically enjoy free shipping. No hidden fees, regional surcharges or minimum order requirements apply. You will not be charged any delivery fees at checkout.
